Bridges Social Development is a dynamic charity organization committed to empowering youth (16-30) to drive positive change in their communities. Bridges is currently undergoing an exciting transition to become a fully Indigenous-led organization. Beginning in early 2025, this journey involves not only increasing Indigenous representation within our leadership but also centering Indigenous values and ways of knowing in all aspects of our work, actively listening to and learning from Indigenous communities, challenging colonial practices, and prioritizing the self-determination and empowerment of Indigenous youth.
