Canada Bridges has decided to shift to a Co-Leadership model. The Co-Leader will be an equal partner in the Executive Team (alongside a second Co-Leader). This position is hired by and is directly accountable to Canada Bridges’ Board of Directors. Together, the Co-Leaders will have shared responsibility for the overall strategy and operations, including leadership of Canada Bridges staff, consultants, and volunteers, as well as management of its programs, expansion, and ongoing organizational development. Together they will develop and hold deep knowledge of relationships, core programs, operations, and business plans and work collaboratively to ensure the fulfillment of the organization’s mission and vision. Focus areas and task differentiation of responsibilities for each Co-Leader will be decided at the operational level and adapted based on individual strengths and current context and priorities.
