While Canada Bridges is lucky to currently have enough mentors in our program, there are other mentorship programs with wait-lists.

Sarah is our featured mentor for the month of January. Sarah sat down with one of our Mentorship Program Coordinators, Kalista, to share a bit about herself and her involvement with the Urban Transitions Mentorship Program.

One of the best parts of working for Canada Bridges has been the opportunity to teach drums during the lunch hour to youth that are a part of the Morley Community School (MCS) Music Academy.

At Canada Bridges, we are very happy that our annual A Youth Explosion (AYE) continues to provide the youth with who we work, a much needed stage from which to kindly and bravely share their wisdom stories.

The Napi Film Collective has been busy over the last few months! The group recruited 7 new members since the summer and hosted a few workshops including: script writing, film editing and actors coaching sessions!

Siksika Employment and Training Services (SETS) alongside Canada Bridges completed the in-class portion of our 6th Meaningful Futures Program in November.

We sat down with Levi at a coffee shop to hear about his experiences as a mentor with our mentorship program (though he also recently became a member of our board!).

We met with Sammy at the Riddell Library at Mount Royal University to hear about his involvement in the mentorship program.
