Everywhere in the world, people experience difficulties in managing projects. However, when human and physical resources are limited, project management becomes even more of a challenge.
In response to this need, Bridges brought together project management experts from across Canada and across sectors to create a project management training program that is relevant for champions of projects. These training materials include templates, case studies, guides for trainers and workbooks for trainees, and are available online on an open-source basis. The materials have been tested with implementation partners in Yemen, Oman, India, and with youth leading social entrepreneurial projects. As well, these training materials are being accessed by others across the globe, including community leaders in Afghanistan and in countries across Africa.
